1. Range
1.1. These regulations define the rules for making purchases and using the offers of the buyaccount.pl store 1.2. The store reserves the right to change the regulations. The customer will be obliged to familiarize themselves with any changes before making a purchase.

2.1. The store offers only legal and authentic accounts for platforms that are available on the store. 2.2. Each account is described in detail in terms of content, including a guaranteed skin, access to email, etc. 2.3. The store is not responsible for changes in the game that may affect the content of the accounts offered.
3. Purchase process
3.1. The Customer selects the account of interest from the store's offer. 3.2. After making the selection, the Customer is obliged to make the payment in accordance with the selected payment method. 3.3. After receiving payment confirmation, the store provides the Customer with the necessary login data to the purchased account.
4. Rights and obligations
4.1. The customer undertakes to use the purchased account in accordance with the rules set by the creators. 4.2. The store reserves the right to refuse to sell an account if there are reasonable suspicions of non-compliance with the game rules.
5. Complaints and returns
5.1. In case of any problems with the purchased account, we do not accept returns, because the buyer has the ability to change all the data on the account, thanks to which he can log in to the account and recover it, accounts are not shared. 5.2 If there is a block on the account, we do not accept a return and will not replace the account, unless after receiving the account data the customer will not be able to log in.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. These regulations enter into force upon publication on the store website on 28.05.2024. 6.2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply.
